Smoked Brisket

Smoked Brisket is something special.  We smoke our 3 lb.  brisket for over 8 hours and it is incredible.  Our recipe is simple - salt, pepper, little garlic and chili powder but nothing overpowering.  You can add your favorite sauce upon reheating the beef.  Great taste, great meal - impress your friends!


Braised brisket comes frozen in vacuum seal.  Simply thaw and warm in a pan with lid.  As you are reheating, the less you stir the better - brisket is very tender and somewhat fragile. Cooked brisket shrinks to about 2 lbs. after smoking.
