Bone-In Ribeye Steak

Bone-In Ribeye Steak -  A holiday tradition and we've decided to keep cutting the bone-in steak for a bit longer.   These steaks  are cut from the whole prime rib, dry-aged for about 21 days, with the bone intact on each steak.  Any cut from the rib provides the best flavor of any of the traditional steaks, the bone-in sends its over the top!
