Wagyu chuck is a fabulous roast.  Stews and traditional pot roasts will absolutely melt in your mouth when you use Wagyu Chuck. Our chuck roast is really truly special and every time I have brought a traditional dish made with Wagyu, the crowds have gone wild. Wet cooking methods, including braising and stewing, are best to keep the meat moist and tender.
