Oxtail

 Oxtail is the original cut used in traditional Osso Bucco.  This is exactly what it says, the tail of the cow.  For those of you who know this cut, you know how special this is.  Typically, this flies off the shelfs as certain customers are anxious to call it their own.  We frequently are out of stock, since there is only 1 tail per cow.  Order now - when you snooze, you lose!
