Involtini - " Little Roll" stuffed with Prosciutto and Parmesan

 Thinly sliced beef is layered with prosciutto, parmesan cheese and an herb mixture, rolled and tied with string.  These little delights are braised in the oven for several hours.  Resulting in tender beef bundles with a complex taste profile.  They are packaged in their own au jus and with an oven reheat,  on your tables in 30 minutes.  Great for a meal or appetizers.
