Short ribs can come from several areas on the cow and they can be cut in the traditional style – parallel to the bone English  – or cut in the flanken or Korean/kalbi style – across the bone (Featured as Kalbi).   These Wagyu short ribs will melt in your mouth with a little time in the oven or braised. We love the English cut marinaded, cut and grilled.
