Bacon Jam

What a sweet and savory treat - smoky spicy Bacon Jam.  Using TRR Pork Bacon, we add just the right flavors -carmelized onion, maple syrup, coffee with a little kick.

This jam is perfect to use with goat cheese or brie on a crostini.  We use it in the kitchen for a lot of great quick meals - grilled cheese and bacon jam, omelettes and so much more!
