Fajita Beef Tortilla Cups

We were given a family secret when it comes to our fajita marinade.  Made with a host of beautiful spices and the "secret" sauce, the fajita marinade pairs nicely with our cross rib steaks.  We add grilled onions and peppers to begin your favorite Tex-Mex appetizer.   

We dice the peppers, onion and steak and fill our chili dusted tortilla cups.  Reheat, add sour cream and cilantro -  what a great mini bite for your party.  16 cups in a package.  $21.00/tray.
