Braised Osso Buco and Vegetable Ragout
Osso Buco is one of my favorite dishes. We've tried to make it a bit simpler to package by removing the bone and placing the beautifully braised boneless shanks on a bed of roasted vegetables. Upon reheating, add your gremolata of garlic, lemon zest and parsley. Paired with a risotto, this is a dish to remember.
