Mark has been perfecting his skills for many years and he is quite passionate about his craft.  His jerky is made in more of a soft chunky style.

Landjäger Dried Sausage/ Beef Stick – It has the taste of  salami but without the fat. These beef sticks come 3 in a pack, and they are absolutely delicious.
