Beef Bourguignon Stew

 

We start this classic French stew with TRR Prime Chuck Roast, an incredibly tender cut.  Red wine marinade for 24 hours, sauteed with bacon, onions and carrots and roasted for another 3-4 hours.   Finished with sauteed pearl onions and mushrooms. Divine, perfect, healthy. 
Serve with mashed potatoes or wide noodles and a vegetable side for a fabulous Winter meal. 
Stew comes frozen in a paper container.   Simply thaw and transfer to saute pan to finish the reheating process.   Add water to reach your desired consistency.
